Blessing of Caritas Transit Centre

KOTA KINABLU – The blessing of the Caritas Transit Centre (CTC) took place on 24 Apr 2023 officiated by Fr Terans Thadeus, Spiritual Advisor of Caritas Kota Kinabalu.

The centre is located at the Msgr Wachter Centre (formerly St Francis Convent Secondary School). Present at the blessing were around 60 Caritas members of both archdiocesan and parish levels, namely, Inanam, Telipok, Dontozidon, Inobong, Manggatal, Kiulu, Tuaran, Penampang, Tg Aru, Terawi, Kota Kinabalu, Likas, Luyang, Kota Belud, Papar and Ranau. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place after the blessing of the two dormitories: Santo Josef for ladies and Santa Maria for men.
